SkyeBrite Aviation Detailing, LLC ("SkyeBrite," "we," "us") is an aircraft detailing business based in Cabot, Pennsylvania. This policy explains what information we collect from customers, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, company, phone number, email address, and mailing address.
- Aircraft details you give us: type, tail number, and home airport, so we can quote and schedule work.
- Job records: quotes, invoices, receipts, and photos of the work we performed on your aircraft.
How we use it
- To prepare quotes, schedule work, send invoices and receipts, and keep a record of the services performed.
- To contact you about your quote, your scheduled service, or your account, by phone, email, or text message.
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use that number only to send account and service messages: quote links, invoice and receipt links, scheduling confirmations, and replies to questions you ask us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you share with us for texting, including your phone number and your consent to receive texts, is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own use. The only sharing is with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, and they may use it only to deliver those messages.

Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business (for example, payment, email, text-message delivery, and file storage), and only so they can perform those services for us, or when the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
Customer records are kept in password-protected systems and private customer folders. Quote and invoice pages are reachable only through private links sent to you.
